The properties available at Jewel Park are land and house packages, which means you buy a section with plans for a specifically designed house to be built on that section.

Upon going unconditional to purchase you pay 10% deposit. The balance is paid once the house is completed and a Code of Compliance Certificate issued.

There are limited options in relation to changes to the exterior of your house, however changes can be made to the interior layout and finish along with a number of upgrade options.

The section you are buying is a freehold unit title with private car parking (some may be external). The unit title is covered by a Body Corporate which manages the common areas for the benefit of all residents. Body Corporate fees will be approximately $60 per week. This excludes rates, but includes insurance, water charges and maintenance of common areas.

In addition to the Body Corporate rules there are encumbrances on land titles to ensure the prestige and unique character of the environment and development are maintained.
